Q: What products are offered by Walltweets?
A: Walltweets custom prints yours tweets on Vinyl or Photo-Tex Stickers.
Photo-TEX
-Adheres to nearly any surface - indoor or outdoor (longevity varies on bare brick, cinder block and stucco).
-Indestructible - Treated to be waterproof, UV, chemical and wrinkle resistant.
-Reusable - Can be moved over and over again (our tests proven up to 200 moves).
-Stores easily on original backing material

Q:Do you offer editing of avatar images or graphics?
A:No.
Q:What are the available sizes for Walltweets?
A: Walltweets are available in the following sizes:

22”x8.5”

Q: What are your minimum resolution requirements for an avatar image?
A: Avatar images are pulled directly form a users twitter account. The minimum resolution requirement to include an avatar on your Walltweet is 350x350.
Q: Will my Walltweet design look just like it does on the computer screen?
A: Pretty Darn Close, but not exactly as each browser may render the preview slightly differently

Q: What payment options are available?
A: Walltweets accepts credit cards as well as payment through PayPal.The following forms of payment are accepted:

Q: What is the turnaround time of my order?
A: Five business days. Walltweets business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. MST.
Q: Can I purchase multiple items with the same imprint?
A: Yes. Create as many as you wish and "add to basket"
Q: Do you allow changes to an order?
A: Due to the quick turn-around times we can only accept changes or cancellations within the first 12 hours you place your order.

A: Yes. Create as many as you wish and "add to basket"
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, but only within the first 12 hours that you have placed your order.
Q: Do I get to see a proof of my Walltweet before ordering?
A: Yes.Prior to placing you order you will be able to view the image on your computer screen.
Q: How secure is the order process?
A: You can be assured our checkout process is very secure. We use the latest SSL (secure socket layer) to process your order.
Q: How can I check the status of my order?
A: As we produce all orders submitted within a 5 day timeframe it would be difficult to keep a database updated with the status of every order. If you have any concerns or questions pertaining to your order please contact us at cs {at} walltweets.com
Shipping
Q: Who do you use for shipping?
A: All packages are shipped via UPS First Class mail.
Q: What are the delivery times?
A: USPS First Class mail is considered a 3-10 day shipping service.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes. Select your country and enter address on the Shipping Address page during checkout.

A: Our business hours are Monday thru Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We deliver high-quality products and services - and we do so with a full 30 day money back guarantee. If the custom products you receive differ materially from your original image, or if the goods are otherwise flawed, then you may return the custom goods for a full refund, within 30 days of receiving your custom order.
All we ask is that you notify Walltweets at cs {at} walltweets.com to obtain an RTA number before returning any goods to ensure that your return is handled quickly and accurately.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?
A: Yes, but only on orders shipped to an address within the state of Arizona.
Sweet Samples
Walltweets come in 2 formats: the vinyl Stickers you know and love and a fade-resistant, high-quality Photo-Tex that sticks to virtually any surface. The Photo-Tex Walltweets are reusable up to 200 times.
Walltweets are available as Singles, or in Packs of 3, 5, or 10.
